2-3 lbs Pasture to Plate Co. beef. I suggest our fajita strips, flank steak or even our chuck roast which is my preferred.
1/2 cup coconut amino's or soy sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/3 cup raw honey
1 tablespoon fresh garlic minced
1/2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Broccoli - 2 crowns (steamed)
Rice, cauliflower rice or quinoa (cook per instructions)
In the crockpot place beef (frozen or thawed), mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat. Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours. Once meat is cooked, shred and return to crockpot. Steam broccoli. Serve broccoli, beef and sauce over cauliflower rice, rice or quinoa.
