Our T-Bones Steaks come one to a package at roughly 20-24 oz per package and are cut 1"-1 1/4" - 1 1/2"thick.
The T-Bones is a great steak for grilling or broiling. Smaller than a porterhouse but still tender and satisfying.
Like Porterhouse, the T-Bone comes from the loin primal region just below the backbone. These cuts taste phenomenally on the grill or under a broiler.
