T-Bone Steak (16-24 oz)
Our T-Bones Steaks come one to a package at roughly 16 oz per package and are cut 1"-1 1/4" - 1 1/2"thick.
The T-Bones is a great steak for grilling or broiling. Smaller than a porterhouse but still tender and satisfying, this lean cut is well-marbled and contans a KC strip and tenderloin (filet mignon) connected by a T-boned shape. In the T-Bone, the tenderloin is between 1/2 and 1 1/4" in diameter.
Like Porterhouse, the T-Bone comes from the loin primal region just below the backbone. These cuts taste phenomenally on the grill or under a broiler.
