Uncured Fresh Side Pork Belly

This cut is from the belly of the pig and is the same cut used to make the bacon you know and love.  For a crispy pork belly, we suggest seasoning it with equal parts salt and sugar and a few grinds of pepper.  Let it sit overnight before roasting.  Our pork belly fresh side comes in a 2.5 -3.5 lb package.
