We are Frank and Mindy Stedem, husband and wife for 23 years now. We have two children, Chandler and Lilly, and the best farmhands money can buy, Duke & Duchess our Australian Shepherd cattle dogs.  Stedem Cattle Company is a second-generation farm that was founded in 1966 by Charlie & Sharron Stedem and then became our adventure in 2000. Stedem Cattle Company has been serving the Kansas City area for over 20 years with our premium beef offering 1/4, 1/2 & whole processed beef.  In 2019 we decided to expand and grow our offerings to include individual beef cuts and beef boxes as well as growing into our new name Pasture to Plate Co.  In 2020 we decided to grow again adding pastured pork.  We love every opportunity to interact with our customers as we provide them with the freshest and most delicious premium meat. We have a wide selection of quality products that we’re sure you’ll just love!
