1/4 Beef Bundle (100 lbs)

 
Tight on space, but still want the best variety, our 1/4 beef bundle is the choice for you. Best for couples or individuals.  The 1/4 bbeef order may fit in most traditional refrigerator/freezer combo units or small chest freezer.  
 
Our 1/8 beef boasts 50 pounds of finished beef product.  If you are looking for the very best variety of cuts and are tight on space this option is for you.  
 
The cuts usually consists of 20-25% steaks, 25-35% roasts, stew meat and short ribs, and 40-50% ground beef.  
 
Your 1/4 bundle will include 100 lbs of beef  and look like the following;
20lb Steaks  (Ribeyes, KC Strips, T-Bones, Sirloin, Round, Flank, Cube....) 
30lb Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, Brisket.....
50 lbs Ground Beef in 1 lb packages
