Tight on space, but still want the best variety? Our 1/8 beef bundle is the choice for you. Best for couples or individuals.  The 1/8 beef order may fit in most traditional refrigerator/freezer combo units.
 
Our 1/8 beef boasts 50 pounds of finished beef product.  If you are looking for the very best variety of cuts and are tight on space this option is for you.  
 
The cuts usually consists of 20-25% steaks, 25-35% roasts, stew meat and short ribs, and 40-50% ground beef.  That means you can get premium cuts for only $9.50 a pound.  
 
Your 1/8 bundle will look like the following;
10-12lb Steaks  (Ribeyes, KC Strips, T-Bones, Sirloin, Round, Flank, Cube....) 
10-15lb Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs,, Brisket....
20-25lbs Ground Beef in 1 lb packages
