Baby Back Ribs

Baby back ribs are cut from where the rib meets the spine after the loin is removed.  The upper ribs are called baby back ribs.  They are only called baby becuase they are shorter in relation to the bigger spareribs. Baby back ribs are very tender and lean.  Our spare ribs come in packages weighing aprox 1.5 lbs
