Beef Heart

Our beef heart comes one per package and can vary from 3-4 lbs each. 
 
This iron-rich organ is beefy with just a little bit of gamey flavor.  One of the more versatile cuts of offal, its tough and low in fat but can be cooked in a variety of ways.  Lean, flavorful, and economic, beef heart can be a great introduction to offal if you havent tried it.
