Beef Marrow Bones

The beef Marrow Bones come in aproximately 2.5-4 lb packages. 
 
Marrow bones contain a soft fatty tissue inside the bone cavity where blood cells are produced.  Marrow is a nutrient dense option that has shown to have several health benefits and have been used for centruies in many areas of the world. 
 
Marrow bones can be prepared in a variety of ways including bone broth, roasting the bones to be used as a spread or even to give your dog as a special treat.
