Brisket

Our beef brisket is available in four different sizes.  Our small brisket is aproximately 2.0-3.4 lbs, Medium brisket is 3.5-4.4 lbs, Large brisket is aproximately 4.5-5.9 lbs and xl Brisket over 5.9 -7.5 lbs.  We also offer a XXL brisket perfect for catering or larger events weighing 7.6-12 lbs.   
 
Brisket is a flavorful cut that becomes tender when slow-cooked at low temperatures.  Brisket is popular as smoked barbecue, oven slowed cooked and also serves as a traditional cut used for corned beef.  
 
Also know as beef brisket, this moderately fatty, economical cut is taken from the area around the breatbone. The thick, coarse-grained meat is part of the chest or pectoral muscle can provide a tender, succulent meal with any slow-cooking barbecue or smoker.
