Chuck Roast

Chuck roast comes one to a package at an aproximate weight of 2.5-4 lbs. 
 
Chuck roast is a lean ecomonimcal cut that is best enjoyed braised.  This lean cut works best when roasting or slow cooking.  When cooking, slice thin and against the grain to maximize tenderness.  
 
Chuck roast comes from the shoulder, a very muscular area.  Cuts from this region tend to be leaner and less tender because they are used primarily for movement however, our chuck roast top the list of our customer favorites.
