Ribeye

Our Ribeye Steaks come 2 to a package weighing 12-14 oz each.  Our steaks are 21 day dry aged and thick cut 1 1/4-1 1/2" thick.   
 
Ribeye is cut from the beef rib.  One of the most tender beef cuts. Prepared from the boneless beef ribeye.  The Ribeye is a convenient and versatile and can be prepared for a variety of menue options.  The ribeye cut of beef is fine grained and full-flavored with generous marbling.
