Short Ribs

 
Our bone-in short ribs come 2 to a package at aprox 2-3 lb per package. 
 
Short ribs come from the beef chuck portion of a beef animal.  They are the five (5) short ribs from the chuck section that are too small to be used for good steaks.  These cuts are exceptional when braised or roasted as they become more tender and juicy over time.
