Tri-Tip

Tri-tip is a boneless and moderatley tender cut of meat.  Full of flavor, this cut has a rich beef flavor and tastes great smoked, on the grill and sauteed. 
 
Tri-tip is cut from the sirloin primal which is wedged in between the loin and round primals.  Seperated into top sirloin butt and bottom sirloin butt, these cuts are perfect for grilling.
