1lb Pasture to Plate Co. ground beef
4-5 russet potatoes
1 clove garlic minced
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
Saute ground beef and garlic in the Instant Pot until browned; drain.
Wash, peel, and slice potatoes into ¼-inch slices.
Mix Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place potatoes, ground beef, cheese, and seasonings in instant pot and fold togther.
Pour chicken broth over the top.
Secure lid and set valve to sealing.
Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once the Instant Pot beeps, do a quick release of the pressure. When the pressure is fully released, carefully remove the lid.
