Ingredients
2 lbs Pasture to Plate Co. ground beef
1/2 cup white onion
1/2 cup celery
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon mustard
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons white venegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Buns or sliders
Instructions
Brown ground beef, onions & celery;drain. Add other ingredients mix well and let simmer 20 minutes. Add cheese and fold in just before serving. Serves 8
