1 Pasture to Plate Co. sirloin steak 1.25-1.5 lbs, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup chopped greeen onions (4)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups bamboo shoots, edamame, baby corn and/or water chestnuts (check the freezer section at your grocery store for your favorite mixed variety)
2 cups hot cooked rice
Cut sirloin into 1 inch cubes. Toss beef with 1/2 garlic and red pepper
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and stir fry 1-2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
Add remaining garlic, green onions, oyster suace, sugar and ginger to same skillet; cook for 1-2 minutes or until sauce is hot. Return beef to skillet. Add fresh/thawed vegetable mix cook until hot.
Serve over rice.
